2025 Asian General Aviation Show Held in Zhuhai

The 2025 Asian General Aviation Show kicked off in Zhuhai on November 27, featuring 380+ exhibitors from 22 countries/regions (a 42% scale increase YoY) and over 170 static/dynamic aircraft displays. Focused on low-altitude economy, rotorcraft, UAVs and green aviation, the 60,000-square-meter event highlighted the Greater Bay Area’s industrial cluster strength, with 70+ professional forums and stunning aerobatic shows by global teams. It serves as a key platform for industrial collaboration and innovation in the Asia-Pacific general aviation sector.

On November 27, the 2025 Asian General Aviation Show opened at the Zhuhai Airshow Center. In addition to the outdoor aircraft exhibition area and flight performance viewing area, this year’s show features five thematic pavilions covering a total area of approximately 60,000 square meters. Focusing on rotorcraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and low-altitude economic application scenarios, fixed-wing aircraft, aero-engines, and green aviation, the event fully demonstrates the vitality of the aviation economic industrial chain.

Significantly Enhanced Scale and Internationalization

This year’s exhibition has achieved quality improvement and upgrading. More than 380 exhibitors from 22 countries and regions gathered together, with the scale increasing by 42% compared with the previous session. Over 170 aircraft are displayed dynamically and statically, a significant increase from previous editions.

Seventy-five international industry leaders showcased their cutting-edge products, including corporate representatives from newly participating countries such as Belgium, Ireland, South Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. Among them, more than a dozen Guangdong enterprises, including Guangdong CEPREI Xintiandi Technology Co., Ltd., Xingzhi Technology, and Zhanjiang High-tech Low-Altitude Company, participated as a group under the theme “Bay Area Team’s Attack, System Win”, demonstrating the collaborative strength and innovative achievements of the low-altitude economic industrial cluster in the Greater Bay Area.

Exhibits and services cover the entire industrial chain of general aviation and low-altitude economy, ranging from various services and components to complete aircraft equipment. The two industries have enormous application potential and broad market prospects in multiple vertical fields such as transportation, logistics, marine, agriculture, security, fire protection, emergency rescue, surveying and mapping, and cultural and entertainment.

Taking this Asian General Aviation Show as an opportunity, many exhibitors launched new projects and products, injecting new momentum into the industrial development.

Over 70 Supporting Activities Explore Industry Trends

To promote industry dialogue and integration and lead the exploration of the “new era” of the aviation industry, the 2025 Asian General Aviation Show has meticulously organized more than 70 supporting activities, including seminars, forums, and thematic discussions, building a high-end communication and dialogue platform for aviation innovation and sustainable development.

Professional events such as the Asia-Pacific Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Future Outlook Forum, Sustainable Aviation Forum, and 2025 International Forum on General Aviation and Business Aviation Safety were held, focusing on topics such as air transportation and the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy, and exploring new highlights and advantages of industry development.

At the main forum of the 2025 Asian Low-Altitude Economic Development Conference, China’s first professional artificial intelligence platform in the aviation vertical field, four industry group standards, and the “2025 China Low-Altitude Logistics Industry Chain Enterprise Directory” were released, demonstrating the innovative development achievements of the industry.

On the opening day, a number of stunning flight performances were staged. Top global aerobatic teams such as the South African AERO Aerobatic Team and the Chinese Red Star Aerobatic Team used the sky as a canvas to fully demonstrate their exquisite skills and unlimited creativity.

Among them, the South African AERO Aerobatic Team was led by 4 exquisitely crafted XA42 aircraft. This was the team’s first appearance in Zhuhai, and the AERO brand-painted aircraft specially customized for the show was eye-catching. Top pilots presented the audience with a series of thrilling aerial feasts such as cross flights, synchronized aerobatics, freestyle aerobatics, and formation flights.

The Chinese Red Star Aerobatic Team is China’s first civilian aerobatic team using domestic aircraft, the first civilian aerobatic team flying the CJ-6 trainer aircraft, and the first Chinese aerobatic team composed of senior retired air force flight instructors. The highly skilled pilots presented a four-aircraft formation performance, which was shocking.
