To thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on work safety, guide Party members and cadres of district – government departments to firmly establish the philosophy of “putting the people and their lives first”, effectively consolidate their knowledge reserve on emergency rescue and safety disaster relief, and comprehensively improve their practical capabilities in handling emergencies, the Working Committee of Party Organizations of Yantian District Government Departments has recently organized and held the 2025 Emergency Rotational Training for Yantian District Government Departments.
A total of 8 sessions of this year’s emergency rotational training were conducted, attracting nearly 300 staff members from district – government departments to participate. Centering on practical needs, the training content included both systematic teaching of basic first – aid knowledge and targeted guidance on practical skills. Focusing on core elements such as basic rope application, practical operation of fire extinguishers, the Heimlich Maneuver, and hands – only cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) plus the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), various forms like theoretical explanations, case studies, and on – site demonstrations were adopted to enable participating Party members and cadres to quickly master the key processes and practical techniques of emergency response.
The training site was filled with an enthusiastic atmosphere. Trainees showed immense passion for learning, actively raised questions and engaged in interactions. During the practical operation sessions, they practiced repeatedly, striving to master each skill proficiently. All participants expressed that in the future, they would apply what they had learned, continuously consolidate their skills, step forward at critical moments, and safeguard the people’s lives and property with solid actions and a strong sense of responsibility.
