Recently, the Zhangmutou Office of Propaganda, Education, Culture, Sports and Tourism held a lecture activity themed “Youth Building Dreams, Strengthening the Nation with Me” – Guiding the Growth and Success of Teenagers with the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at Zhangmutou Middle School.
The lecturer focused on the core essence of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, combined with national development achievements and the local reality of Zhangmutou, and conducted a concrete and vivid interpretation. The grand narrative was transformed into language and cases that teenagers can easily understand and are willing to accept, striving to break the barrier between theoretical lectures and teenagers’ cognition.
In the interactive session, the question-and-answer and discussion topics set according to the lecture content greatly stimulated students’ enthusiasm for participation. Combining their own study and life realities, students talked freely about their understanding of key words such as Chinese-style modernization, high-quality development and youth responsibility.
Next, Zhangmutou will continue to deepen the practice of civilization in the new era, constantly innovate forms and carriers, arm young people with the Party’s scientific theories, and call on young people with the Party’s original aspiration and mission, so as to inject strong ideological motivation into cultivating new people of the era who can shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
