As one of the key industrial construction projects under Zhuhai’s “Hundred-Thousand-Million Project”, the main project of the China (Zhuhai) Baijiao Sea Bass Industry Service Center has been basically completed. At present, the internal decoration and acceptance are being vigorously promoted, and the completion acceptance is expected to be finished by the end of this month. The official trial operation will be launched next year, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the Baijiao sea bass industry.
Under the warm early winter sun and gentle breeze, there is a vibrant atmosphere in Doumen Intelligent Manufacturing Economic Development Zone. At the construction site of the China (Zhuhai) Baijiao Sea Bass Industry Service Center, the main building has taken shape on a considerable scale. Its streamlined design and curved glass curtain wall outline an agile “fish-shaped” silhouette, cleverly integrating modern technology and fishery cultural elements, shining brightly in the sun.
It is understood that the project is invested and constructed by Zhuhai Baijiao Sea Bass Industry Center Co., Ltd., a Zhuhai Baijiao sea bass industry development platform established by Agricultural Group, a member unit of Zhuhai Technology Group, in conjunction with the Management Committee of Doumen Ecological Agricultural Park. Located in Doumen Intelligent Manufacturing Economic Development Zone, the project has a total investment of 290 million yuan and a construction area of 37,000 square meters, and is one of the key industrial construction projects of Zhuhai’s “Hundred-Thousand-Million Project”. A major highlight of the project lies in the distinctive facade design of Building 1. To present this unique shape, the construction team has overcome a number of technical difficulties. “Through multiple rounds of design adjustments, customized mold production and BIM technology simulation installation, we have successfully solved the problem of uneven stress on the curved structure, and optimized the sealing performance to achieve the dual goals of ‘aesthetic shape + functional compliance’,” said Yang Shibin, the project engineering construction manager.
The rise of an industry is inseparable from the gathering and coordination of high-quality entities. At present, the investment promotion work of the project has achieved results, forming a good pattern of “leading enterprises driving, government-enterprise coordination, and complete supporting facilities”. A number of high-quality entities covering the entire industrial chain have signed contracts to settle in, injecting strong vitality into the industrial ecosystem.
Up to now, the 5 settled enterprises cover the industrial backbone and supporting service fields, including catering enterprise Xinhaili Company, agricultural leading enterprise Zhuhai Agricultural Group, and service providers such as Zhuhai Greater Bay Area Human Resources Co., Ltd.; Doumen District Fishery Association and China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Association (South China Representative Office) will also settle in to build a bridge for industry exchanges.
“As a time-honored Cantonese cuisine brand, after settling in, we will focus on the R&D of innovative dishes using Baijiao sea bass as the core ingredient, create blockbuster dishes that meet market consumption needs, and leverage the traffic of mature catering channels to ‘promote sales’ for the sea bass consumer end, promoting the upgrading of Baijiao sea bass industry in terms of standardization and refinement,” said the relevant person in charge of Xinhaili Company.
