The recitation works and expressive forms of the contestants featured diverse characteristics. In addition to the interpretation of traditional classics such as Ballad of Mulan and Notes on Yueyang Tower, some contestants innovatively integrated classic recitation with Shenzhen’s urban landscapes, various local dialects and foreign languages in their performances. Outstanding individual contestants and groups from the competition have been invited to perform at the subsequent Award Ceremony.
