On the morning of December 17, Li Yanbo, leader of Conghua District, went to the call center of the Guangzhou 12345 Government Service Convenience Hotline to answer calls from the public in person.
At the call – answering site, Li Yanbo listened patiently to citizens’ demands, opinions and suggestions on property management, street order, real estate management and other aspects. He carefully recorded the pain points, difficulties and blocking points reflected by the masses, and coordinated relevant departments on – site to study solutions, promoting the efficient resolution of the people’s “urgent, difficult, anxious and hopeful” problems. He proposed that all responsible units should enhance their service awareness, take problems as the orientation, learn from one case to another, implement policies scientifically and make precise efforts, fundamentally solve the people’s demands, respond to the people’s trust and expectations with practical work results, and effectively enhance the people’s sense of happiness and satisfaction. A total of 7 pre – accepted work orders via WeChat and 8 on – site calls were handled during this activity.
Taking this activity of district leaders answering calls as an opportunity, Conghua District will thoroughly practice the government service tenet of “responding to the people’s calls promptly”. It will transform the common problems collected during the call – answering process into targeted basis for policy optimization and work quality improvement, comprehensively improve the closed – loop management mechanism for handling demands, respond to people’s livelihood expectations with more precise measures, continuously enhance the efficiency of government services and the level of grassroots social governance, and lay a solid foundation for people’s livelihood for the effective implementation of the “Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns and Ten Thousand Villages High – quality Development Project” in Conghua, promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
