On the afternoon of December 20, 2025, the launching ceremony of the Shenzhen State-owned Enterprise Visit Program themed “Dandelion Wonder Journey: Co-existing with the City, Dreamers of the Future” and the care initiative of “Sending Warmth in Winter” was grandly and warmly held at Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Construction & Engineering Group. The event was under the joint guidance of the Shenzhen Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation (Shenzhen CCNG), Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau and Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), and hosted by Shenzhen Center for the Protection of Minors and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Construction & Engineering Group.
Chen Biao, Director of Shenzhen CCNG; Li Wenhai, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau and Director of Shenzhen Administration Bureau for Social Organizations, as well as the relevant responsible comrades of Shenzhen SASAC and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Construction & Engineering Group attended the ceremony. The first group of 20 autistic children and their parents participated in the event.
With the theme of “Co-existing with the City, Hearts Aligned as Stars”, the launching ceremony combined visits to state-owned enterprises with heartfelt care, opening a window for vulnerable children and migrant children to understand the city and integrate into society, broadening their horizons and fostering their aspirations through the visits. At the ceremony, Comrade Chen Biao presented commemorative badges of “Pengcheng Star Experience Officer” and carefully prepared “Warmth Gift Packs” to the representatives of autistic children who joined the first round of visits.
The “Dandelion Wonder Journey” is scheduled to take place from December 2025 to February 2026, featuring five distinctive themed tour routes: “Sci-tech Industry Accelerator”, “Smart Network for Urban Travel”, “Guardian of Urban Ecology”, “Global Trade Hub Port” and “Livelihood Service Guarantee Network”. The participating enterprises cover five major sectors including science and technology, people’s livelihood, green development, industrial development and opening-up.
During the event, migrant children aged 6 to 15 will be organized to conduct on-site visits and interactive experiences in batches. Through these activities, children can personally experience the solid strength of state-owned enterprises in urban construction, scientific and technological innovation, green development and livelihood security. The initiative sows the seeds of love and dreams in the hearts of migrant children, enabling them to achieve the goal of “Co-existing with the City” in this wonderful journey of exploring the city.
Taking this event as a new starting point, Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau will continue to deepen the care services for vulnerable children, migrant children and other groups. By linking up with relevant government departments, state-owned enterprises, social organizations and all sectors of society, expanding service programs, building diversified platforms and strengthening resource connections, the bureau will strive to create a more inclusive, friendly and equal growth environment for children. It aims to ensure that every child can feel the warmth and care of the city, and grow up healthily and pursue their dreams bravely on the vibrant land of Shenzhen.
