To further advance the construction of the credit system in the field of work safety and strengthen the collaborative governance mechanism of “credit supervision + work safety”, on November 27, 2025, the Dayawan Emergency Management Bureau, together with the District Fire Brigade and Aotou Sub-district Office, went deep into the self-built houses, old residential communities in Aotou Sub-district and Huizhou Jiazew Technology Co., Ltd. to simultaneously carry out work safety inspections and themed publicity activities on credit construction.
During the activities, the staff systematically interpreted the Measures for the Administration of the List of Major Untrustworthy Entities in Work Safety to the relevant communities and enterprises, focusing on “untrustworthiness restraint, repair guidance, and responsibility compaction”. The activities emphasized that enterprises are the primary responsible persons for work safety and credit construction, and should firmly establish the awareness that “safety is credit and untrustworthiness is subject to restraint”. They should integrate credit construction into daily safety management, actively prevent credit risks caused by work safety issues, and jointly create a sound safe development environment where trustworthiness is encouraged and untrustworthiness is punished.
This publicity has further promoted the transformation of the supervision model from “post-event punishment” to “pre-event credit guidance”, and enhanced the internal motivation of relevant units and enterprises to abide by laws and trustworthiness and consciously fulfill their main responsibilities.
