On December 6, the Federation of Trade Unions of Fenggang Town organized the 2025 Digital Skills Training and Practical Operation Activity for female employees in the town’s trade union system. The activity was carried out to implement the national requirements for the construction of a high-skilled talent team, improve the digital skills of female employees, expand their career development space, and enrich their spare-time cultural life at the same time.
Approximately 80 female employees from trade unions at all levels across the town participated in the training. With the theme of “Video Shooting and Editing”, this training was conducted in a combined form of “indoor theory + outdoor practical operation”. In the indoor teaching session, key basic knowledge such as script conception, frame composition, music matching, focal length application, and video editing was explained; afterwards, the trainees moved to outdoor locations for on-site shooting training, and completed the whole practical process of video shooting, material importing, editing and exporting under guidance. The training content was closely aligned with the current new media communication needs, focusing on the integration of practicality and fun.
Going forward, the Federation of Trade Unions of Fenggang Town will continue to carry out various forms of skills training and cultural and sports activities based on the actual needs of employees, and unite and mobilize the majority of employees to contribute to the high-quality development of Fenggang.
