“Raincoats are not only for keeping off the rain, but also can improve the visibility of cyclists at night when it matters most,” said a staff member from the Traffic Safety Committee Office of Fuyong Sub-district on site. While distributing reflective raincoats printed with safety reminders, the staff explained the details of safe travel with reference to surveillance clips of real traffic accidents that occurred in the jurisdiction.

From the relay of the “Safe Cycling Tips”, to the “Group Discussion on Hidden Hazard Identification”, and then to on-site answers to employees’ personalized questions, the interactive forms have been constantly enriched, which has also become a heart-warming measure to improve the safety of night cycling in the long run. A safety manager of the enterprise said, “Such regular reminders act like a ‘safety bell-ringer’, effectively helping us build a strong protective wall in the minds of our employees.”
