Liu Pingyun introduced that the official names of “Greater Bay Chicken” on the “birth certificate” are still “Xiyangyang” and “Lerongrong”, because their mission is to promote the 15th National Games. “We are using both their official names, nicknames, academic names and aliases.” The place of birth on the “birth certificate” is the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the date of birth is November 9, 2024.

Dancing with ‘Greater Bay Chicken’, carefully choreographed by the Guangdong Youth Hip-Hop Association, perfectly integrates the soft and cute charm of the mascot with the dynamic and passionate energy of hip-hop, demonstrating Guangzhou’s urban spirit of daring to explore, experiment, being open and inclusive. Liang Shanshan, a Guangzhou local singer and the performer of the promotional song for the 15th National Games, passionately interpreted Greater Bay Chicken, I Love You with the world’s first AIGC intelligent guitar, conveying the joy of the New Year with cheerful melodies and injecting full vitality into the event. People witnessed the debut of this song and dance together in an audio-visual feast suitable for all ages.
