On December 11, Tian Jianrong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Standing Committee of the Huidong County People’s Congress, presided over the 51st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th People’s Congress of Huidong County. Relevant leaders of Huidong County, principal responsible persons of the Huidong County People’s Court and the Huidong County People’s Procuratorate, heads of relevant county-level departments, deputy directors of the special committees of the Huidong County People’s Congress who are not members of the Standing Committee, and directors and deputy directors of the working and office institutions of the Standing Committee attended the relevant agenda as non-voting participants.

After voting, the meeting decided to accept the resignation of relevant deputies to the 11th Huidong County People’s Congress.
The meeting conducted relevant personnel appointments and removals. Tian Jianrong presented appointment certificates to the newly appointed personnel and held a constitutional oath ceremony for them.
The meeting deliberated on the Report of the Qualification Review Committee of the Standing Committee of the 11th Huidong County People’s Congress on Representative Qualifications; it also examined and approved the report on the second budget adjustment of Huidong County for 2025.
The meeting heard the work reports of 5 municipal deputies to the 13th People’s Congress including Zhou Li, while 4 other municipal deputies including He Yuan submitted their work reports in writing. Subsequently, the Standing Committee conducted an evaluation and assessment of the deputies’ performance, and all 9 deputies were rated as “satisfactory”.
