Recently, Jihua Sub-district issued its cultural, sports and livelihood report card. From AI-empowered jade carving innovation and viral cultural tourism routes featuring trendy toys, to doorstep nursery care spaces and proactive smart elderly care services, and from fruitful achievements in cultural and sports competitions to the dialogue between ancient and modern times at the Cultural Industries Fair… These remarkable moments have all come to life.
The national debut of “Xingfujiang”, an AI large model for jade carving design. During the 3rd Shenzhen Jade Culture Week, guided by Longgang District’s “All in AI” strategic deployment, Jihua Sub-district grandly launched China’s first AI large model for jade carving design — Xingfujiang, and rolled out “Guangchao Jewelry”, a new digital intelligent product integrating “AI + HarmonyOS”. This marks Shenzhen’s jade culture industry entering a brand-new stage of intelligent, standardized and digital development.
During the event, the cumulative online and offline turnover exceeded 30 million yuan; over 2,000 people participated in the AI-assisted jade carving experience activities; more than 10 enterprises were attracted to conduct technical cooperation consultations, among which 6 enterprises have clearly entered the trial use or trial production preparation stage.
Smart elderly care upgraded: from “waiting for visitors” to “delivering services to doorsteps”. Jihua Sub-district has collaborated with operating units to bring high-quality medical resources to the sub-district’s senior care service center. Services such as rehabilitation physiotherapy, free medical consultations by renowned doctors, PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) care, home visit services and home-based elderly care beds are all available. Warm-hearted mechanisms including “Exercise for Health”, “Intergenerational Assistance” and “Senior Mutual Aid” have also been launched. Residents can exchange points for services and join volunteer teams to take action, truly transforming elderly care services from “waiting for guests to come” to “proactively sending warmth”, which is both thoughtful and vibrant.
New premises of community health service center put into use, greatly improving medical resources. The new site of Xiashuijing Community Health Service Center was officially opened, covering an area of 1,650.69 square meters. In addition to providing national basic medical services and public health services such as general practice diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease management, maternal and child health care, and health management for children aged 0–6, it also offers a variety of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) featured services including acupuncture, tuina massage, cupping therapy and moxibustion. Residents can enjoy one-stop health management right at their doorstep.
Three new community nursery care centers make childcare easier. Sanlian Community Nursery Care Center, Gankeng Community Nursery Care Center and Cuihu Community Nursery Care Center have been officially opened. They provide half-day care, hourly care, temporary care and scientific parenting guidance services for infants aged 18–36 months. Combined with courses such as food education based on the 24 solar terms and ECSTEM (STEM education concepts and practices for young children), early childhood education is integrated into daily life, bringing “professional nursery care” to residents’ doorsteps.
Science popularization museum enters communities: fun and educational. As a vivid practice of implementing Longgang District’s “All in AI” strategy at the community level, the Sanlian Community Station of Longgang Science Popularization Museum takes “technology empowerment and interactive experience” as its core, equipped with a series of advanced science popularization instruments and interactive devices. It also cleverly connects surrounding mature supporting facilities such as Party-mass service centers, libraries, nursery care centers and community health service centers, creating a one-stop service scenario of “science popularization + people’s livelihood”.
“Flavor & Fun Tour of Jihua” goes viral. The “Flavor & Fun Tour of Jihua” event carefully created two tourist routes: “Traditional Chinese Style and Ancient Charm” and “Trendy Play and Jade Appreciation”. It also collaborated with 25 local characteristic cultural tourism, trendy play, catering and accommodation businesses including Gankeng Ancient Town, AIR PARTY, Sanlian Crystal Jade Culture Village, Fenghuang Hakka Restaurant and Atour Hotel, launching a stamp-collecting check-in activity to win “free meals”. During the event, it attracted more than 800 enthusiastic participants, with check-ins exceeding 5,000 times, further enhancing the popularity and influence of the “Jihua Cultural Tourism” brand.
Multiple achievements blossom in cultural and sports fields. The “Walking Library Project” was selected into the “2025 Colorful Projects” by the National Library Press, bringing knowledge to streets and alleys; the Tai Chi Association of Jihua Sub-district won 20 awards in the Guangdong Division of the National Open Tournament, demonstrating its skills with a combination of hardness and softness; the football team of Jihua Sub-district advanced to the top 16 of the Shenzhen Urban Super League, showing its charm on the green field; Jihua’s high-quality literary and artistic works won 1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze and 1 finalist award at the Shenzhen “Pengcheng Golden Autumn” Citizen Culture Festival, with the light of art continuing to shine.
Exciting “hidden levels of Jihua” unlocked at the Cultural Industries Fair. During the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair, the two branch venues of Jihua made simultaneous progress with brilliant highlights: the Sanlian Crystal Jade Culture Village branch venue focused on the digital transformation of jade culture, launched 6 themed activities and signed multiple industrial projects, demonstrating its industrial chain advantages; the Gankeng New Town branch venue created an integrated scenario of “culture + technology + tourism”, held more than 10 characteristic activities, and featured a spectacular performance where the Zhou Dynasty Yiyue (a kind of ancient court dance) and AI robots performed on the same stage, creating a wonderful collision between tradition and the future.
