To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, ensure the spirit of the Constitution takes root in people’s hearts, and continuously enhance the legal literacy of residents in the area, the Jiulongfeng Judicial Institute, together with the District Comprehensive Governance Office, the Anti – Drug Office and the Federation of Trade Unions, organized the 2025 Constitution Publicity Week activity at Tanggong Market in Jiulongfeng Tourist Area on the morning of December 3, 2025.
Setting Up Promotion Stalls and Providing On – site Consultations to Address Public Puzzles
On the day of the activity, Tanggong Market was crowded with people, and there was a strong atmosphere of legal popularization. Staff members distributed printed materials such as Constitution readers, legal publicity booklets and collections of legal cases, focusing on promoting constitutional knowledge among merchants and passers – by to ensure that every individual had access to the legal popularization content for learning at any time.
Village – stationed legal consultants provided face – to – face answers to the public on legal issues closely related to daily life, including marriage and family matters, labor disputes, land contracting and fraud prevention, guiding the public to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law. Many people stopped to listen, actively raised inquiries, and deepened their understanding of the Constitution and relevant laws through interactive communication.
Conducting Door – to – Door Legal Lectures and Providing Targeted Answers to Warm People’s Hearts
Taking the publicity activity for the December 4th National Constitution Day as an opportunity, the Jiulongfeng Judicial Institute further improved the legal services in villages and communities. Before and after the event, it organized village – stationed legal consultants and grassroots legal volunteers to go deep into Tanggong Village and carry out targeted legal publicity lectures.
Using simple and understandable local dialects and colloquialisms, the grassroots legal volunteers interpreted constitutional provisions, responded to the key and difficult issues of concern to villagers, transformed professional legal knowledge into vivid case explanations, and called on everyone to learn, respect and apply the Constitution, so that the warmth of the rule of law could reach the grass – roots level.
Diversified Forms to Make Legal Publicity Beneficial to the People
The on – site “Constitutional Knowledge Blind Box Challenge” turned the provisions on citizens’ basic rights and obligations in the Constitution into interesting questions and answers. By picking blind boxes, answering questions and winning prizes, the public deepened their understanding of the core essence of the Constitution amid surprises and challenges.
Meanwhile, the “Spot the Scam” cyber security level – breaking game integrated knowledge from such laws as the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Anti – Telecom and Online Fraud Law of the People’s Republic of China into situational puzzles. It enabled the public to enhance their awareness of fraud prevention while identifying and solving scams through the game.
This shift from passive listening to active learning made legal publicity more down – to – earth, warmer and more effective through edutainment.
Looking ahead, the Jiulongfeng Judicial Institute will continue to perform its duty of legal popularization, and carry out a series of diverse and rich – content publicity activities. Through visible, easy – to – understand and memorable ways, it will strive to create a strong atmosphere across the region where the Constitution is respected, observed and applied by all.
