To continuously optimize the law-based business environment, accurately address the legal challenges faced by high-tech enterprises and “specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative” enterprises during their development, and support the growth of private enterprises with high-quality and efficient legal services, the Liwan District Bureau of Justice recently joined hands with the District Bureau of Science, Technology, Industry and Information Technology to launch a series of “Liqi Fayitong” legal service policy promotion activities aimed at warming and benefiting enterprises. A few days ago, the event was held at Huadiwan Living Hall in Liwan District, providing legal consultation services to nearly 40 enterprises.
At the promotion meeting, staff members of the Liwan District Bureau of Justice focused on introducing the legal services for warming and benefiting enterprises, including the “You Order, We Deliver” legal lecture order service, the “legal check-up” reservation service, and the enterprise legal consultation cloud window. Subsequently, lawyers from Guangdong Fangtu (Guangzhou) Law Firm provided on-site legal consultation services for the participating enterprises, analyzed potential legal risk points in enterprise production and operation, and patiently put forward specific and feasible legal suggestions in response to the legal questions raised by the enterprises, which were highly praised by all the enterprises.
Moving forward, the Liwan District Bureau of Justice will continue to carry out the “Liqi Fayitong” series of activities to warm and benefit enterprises, extend the reach of legal services, provide private enterprises with professional and high-quality legal support, and escort enterprises to move forward steadily on the path of rule of law.
