As the new year kicks off with warm vibes, from January 4 to 10, 2026, the Party-Mass Service Center of Jianan Community, in collaboration with local partner Sikaole Education and Luohu District People’s Hospital, hosted the “Blessings on the Way” Fun Learning Carnival Public Market Activity across six residential complexes including Yunfeng Garden and International Garden. Every day from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the event venues were bustling with residents, who gained a full sense of happiness and new year blessings right at their doorsteps.
Centered around the theme of “fun learning for the new year”, this market featured multiple service sections. The Cultural Experience Zone was the most popular spot: calligraphy teachers wielded their brushes to write “Fu” (blessing) characters and Spring Festival couplets on-site according to residents’ requests. As the brush tips flowed gracefully, red couplets carrying good wishes were freshly made and quickly snapped up by residents. The Fun Interactive Zone organized by Sikaole Education became a paradise for children, where a series of challenge games such as riddle guessing, ancient poetry recitation and tongue twister reading were held one after another. Kids participated enthusiastically, accumulated knowledge through joyful competitions, and received gifts after completing the challenges, with bright smiles on their faces. Many parents commented that such activities not only enriched children’s after-school life but also sparked their interest in learning. The Health Service Section was also well-received: the medical team from Luohu District People’s Hospital provided free public medical consultations on-site, offering complimentary blood pressure and blood glucose tests for residents. They patiently answered questions about the prevention and treatment of common diseases like hypertension and diabetes, and provided personalized health guidance, bringing professional medical services to residents’ doorsteps and greatly facilitating the elderly group in the community.
Covering six residential complexes in the community, this public market accurately met residents’ cultural and health needs. After the event, residents gave unanimous praise, saying that the activity was filled with a strong new year atmosphere and was down-to-earth. Going forward, the Party-Mass Service Center of Jianan Community will continue to integrate local resources, launch more benefit-oriented services, and steadily enhance residents’ sense of belonging and happiness.
