On December 18, the Inauguration Ceremony of the 8th Council and Board of Supervisors & 2025 Annual Conference of Foshan Nanhai Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, themed “Inheritance with Proven Methods, Innovation with Boundless Possibilities”, was successfully held. At the event, Zhang Yanyi, President of Foshan Nanhai Paiya Door & Window Products Co., Ltd., received the plaque from Wang Yong, District Chief of Nanhai District, and officially assumed the position of President of the 8th Council of the Chamber of Commerce.
This conference is not only a smooth leadership transition of the chamber’s organizational structure, but also a concentrated demonstration of the concept of intergenerational inheritance and innovative development among Nanhai’s business community. Coinciding with the conference, the Nanhai Quality Enterprises & Products Roadshow and Supply-Demand Matching Fair was held, releasing a supply-demand cooperation list worth over 1 billion yuan. A special themed salon focusing on “the second generation of entrepreneurs” was also set up, showing a vivid picture of the continuous inheritance and vitality of Nanhai’s private economy.

Since taking office, the 7th Council and Board of Supervisors led by Gao Chuhui, General Manager of Guangdong Chuangxing Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has closely focused on the core work of the District Party Committee and District Government, actively responded to the call for the reform of chambers of commerce and associations, achieved remarkable results in deepening the reform of chambers of commerce and associations and empowering the development of member enterprises, and delivered an impressive performance. Recently, the chamber’s work case Playing the Role of a Bridge and Link to Build a “Women-led Engine” for High-Quality Development was successfully selected as an excellent case for the construction of “Four Good” Chambers of Commerce in Guangdong Province.
It is understood that over the past three years, the chamber has strived to build a diversified empowerment ecosystem involving “government, enterprises, universities, banks and media”, innovatively built a supply-demand matching platform, and promoted member enterprises to release procurement needs. By creating brand activities such as the “Women Entrepreneurs Strive for Excellence” IP roadshow and the Quality Enterprises & Products Promotion Fair, it has helped nearly 100 enterprises showcase their strengths and connect with resources, effectively activating the endogenous driving force of “internal circulation within the chamber and industrial synergy on a large scale”.
In terms of deepening “connections”, the chamber has achieved fruitful results: it promoted the “Integration of Art and Enterprises” initiative, co-established teaching and practice bases with universities such as Guangdong University of Technology and Foshan University; carried out strategic cooperation with financial institutions including Nanhai Rural Commercial Bank and Macau International Bank to customize exclusive financial products; helped 12 member enterprises appear on Guangdong Radio and Television Station, making the stories of “Nanhai Women Entrepreneurs” widely known.
At the same time, the chamber has actively guided member enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, participated in the “Famous Enterprises Building 100 Parks” and “Beautiful Enterprises Initiative”, and joined the “100 Counties, 1,000 Towns, 10,000 Villages High-Quality Development Initiative”, fully demonstrating the outstanding responsibility and family-country feelings of the group of women entrepreneurs in the new era.
Shao Kaijian, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Nanhai District Federation of Industry and Commerce, said that on the new journey, it is hoped that the Nanhai Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce will adhere to the leadership of the Party, deepen reform and innovation, and activate new driving forces for the chamber’s development; focus on the overall situation, build diversified platforms, and empower the high-quality development of enterprises; bravely shoulder social responsibilities, promote the new social ethos of the times, and highlight the great love and feelings of women. At the event, the Nanhai Quality Enterprises & Products Roadshow and Supply-Demand Matching Fair was held, where 6 outstanding women entrepreneurs took the stage one after another to share their perseverance and breakthroughs on the road of entrepreneurship.
“Hello everyone, I am an ‘Iron Lady’!” Gao Chuhui opened her speech with a distinctive self-positioning, vividly telling the story of “forging ahead” in the field of precision manufacturing, showing her pragmatic nature. Fu Chaojuan, General Manager of Guangdong Hanzhe Coating Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled The Power of Belief, reviewing the development process of how the enterprise adhered to its original aspiration and took the initiative to seek changes in the face of the iterative transformation of the coating industry.
Chen Qinghua, Chairman of Foshan Huayingjia Metal Materials Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled A Ton of Waste Aluminum, A Lifetime of Passion, telling her entrepreneurial story associated with the waste aluminum recycling industry. It is reported that in 2025 alone, Huayingjia recycled nearly 10,000 tons of waste aluminum, which is equivalent to saving about 140 million kilowatt-hours of electricity. Huang Fengjuan, General Manager of Foshan UBixiong Maternal and Infant Products Co., Ltd., shared her insights in Focusing on Professional Value to Break Through the Red Sea, telling her transformation path of entering the new maternal and infant track. Her exclamation “The market has only shifted, not disappeared!” reflected the sobriety and courage of entrepreneurs in facing challenges head-on.
As a “second-generation entrepreneur”, Kuang Wenyuan, Chief Financial Officer of Guangdong Zhonglian Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., focused on the theme of digital transformation and shared the experience of how technological innovation has injected new vitality into traditional manufacturing industries. Liang Baozhuan, Chairman of Foshan Baozhuan Jewelry Jadeite Co., Ltd., focused on the industry transformation in the AI era and shared practical experience on how to grasp technological trends and break through in the stock market, providing useful reference for the innovative development of traditional industries.
It is worth noting that the Nanhai Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce released a supply list, including an annual power output of 1.2 billion kilowatt-hours, the manufacturing of 600,000 square meters of doors and windows, and the production of 140,000 types of non-standard sheet metal parts, demonstrating the strength of Nanhai’s manufacturing industry; it also released a demand list with a total value of over 1 billion yuan, covering more than 100 demand items including aluminum profiles, polyester resin, bearings and glass, looking forward to establishing long-term and stable market supply-demand cooperation mechanisms with more suppliers.
The special themed salon set up at this conference, Survival in the New Business Era: Breakthrough Thinking of the Second-Generation Entrepreneurs, became the focus of attention. This salon is not only a sharing of experience, but also a collision of ideas and a transmission of spirit. The second-generation entrepreneurs of Nanhai are taking digitalization, youthfulness and internationalization as their wings, opening up new paths in traditional industries and showing the strength and wisdom of the “second-generation innovators”. With the joint efforts of the government, chambers of commerce and enterprises, the new generation of Nanhai entrepreneurs is becoming an important force for regional economic transformation and high-quality development.
A mini-exhibition was also set up at the conference venue on the same day, where nearly 50 local enterprises from fields such as intelligent manufacturing, modern agriculture, biomedicine, jewelry and apparel showcased their products on site.

Five Major Initiatives to Build a “Growth-Oriented Chamber of Commerce”
Founded in 1961, the Nanhai Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce has gone through more than 60 years of trials and tribulations, and has always been an important bridge and link connecting the Party and the government with women entrepreneurs.
“I am filled with gratitude and deeply aware of the great responsibility upon being elected as the new president. The new Council and Board of Supervisors will closely focus on the core work of the District Party Committee and District Government, firmly anchor the mission of ’empowering the high-quality development of Nanhai women entrepreneurs’, take ‘leading, connecting, empowering and co-creating’ as the core strategy, build a growth-oriented chamber of commerce with internal cultivation and external connection, and equal emphasis on commercial reputation, and contribute our wisdom and strength to ‘building a new Foshan’ and constructing a more humanistic, modern and dynamic new Nanhai,” said Zhang Yanyi.
Zhang Yanyi said that in the future, the chamber will transform the blueprint into tangible results through five major initiatives: “Value Empowerment, Resource Linkage, Brand Awakening, Honor Co-construction and Positive Development”. First, systematically build a “learning-oriented chamber of commerce”, plan to cooperate with top universities to launch training courses such as “Strategic Leadership”, “Digital Transformation” and “Brand-driven Enterprise Development” to help enterprises achieve modern governance. Second, fully build an efficient industrial docking platform, actively integrate into the Greater Bay Area, and connect with university resources to solve the supply-demand pain points of talents and technologies. Third, launch a systematic brand awakening and reshaping project, set up a “Brand Manager Growth Camp”, and fully build the collective IP of “Nanhai Women Entrepreneurs”. Fourth, enhance the credibility of the chamber through collective honors, making “Nanhai Women Entrepreneurs” a shining economic business card. Fifth, focus on fields such as education, rural revitalization and inheritance, and build an influential public welfare brand.
Han Feng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Nanhai District Party Committee and Director of the Organization Department, attended the event and delivered a speech. He said that it is hoped that the chamber will focus on “platform building” to expand new business opportunities in the industry; focus on “innovation-driven development” to cultivate new momentum for transformation; focus on “brand building” to cultivate new competitive advantages; focus on “precision services” to build a new support for development; focus on “passing on the torch” to write a new chapter of responsibility.
Han Feng emphasized that the development of Nanhai cannot be separated from the hard work of entrepreneurs.
