Recently, the “Worry-free Annual Conference” special session for resource matching, as part of Nanshan District’s “Enterprise Service Day” series of events, was held. It has built an efficient, convenient and reliable one-stop platform for supply and demand matching for enterprises and high-quality hotel suppliers in the district.
A number of premium hotel service providers in Nanshan District were invited to participate in this event. These suppliers not only boast rich service experience and an excellent market reputation, but also brought diversified solutions tailored for corporate annual conferences. Each hotel showcased its core strengths and venue features one by one through well-prepared PPT presentations. Enterprise representatives conducted in-depth, one-on-one communications and negotiations with their preferred hotel service providers based on the specific needs of their annual conferences. The event featured a lively exchange atmosphere: three enterprises reached cooperation agreements on-site, and nine enterprises initially reached cooperation intentions with the participating hotels. An online communication group was also set up on-site to facilitate continuous follow-up docking, coordinate and address various demands arising during the preparation of corporate annual conferences by enterprises and hotels, and further extend the service chain.
This special resource matching event has boosted positive interaction and cooperation between local enterprises and service suppliers in Nanshan District by building a straightforward, efficient and hassle-free platform, and further driven the development of the accommodation and catering industry in the district.
