To thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and comprehensively enhance the political literacy and performance competence of secretaries of primary-level Party organizations in the legal profession, a training session on improving performance competence for Party branch secretaries of the legal profession in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, was successfully held recently. More than 60 participants, consisting of responsible persons of Party organizations in the legal profession of Nanshan District, attended the training program.
This four-day training session focused on the new tasks and requirements for Party building work in the legal profession in the new era, and constructed a curriculum system integrating political guidance, practical empowerment and vision expansion.
In the theoretical consolidation module, the training featured core courses including Interpretation of the Guiding Principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and Party Building and Party Affairs in the New Period, which consolidated the participants’ foundation of political theories and strengthened the political and organizational functions of Party organizations.
In the practical innovation module, courses such as Innovation in Primary-level Party Building via Internet Plus (Integrated with Artificial Intelligence) and Research on Issues Related to Criminal Disposition of Virtual Currencies were offered, so as to advance the in-depth integration of Party building with professional work and raise the intellectualization and specialization level of primary-level Party building.
In the strategic development module, the training incorporated content on foreign-related legal governance including Business Environment and Cultural Traditions of ASEAN Countries and Impacts of Export Controls on Chinese Enterprises and Corresponding Countermeasures, helping the participants grasp international rules and strengthen their capacity to serve the high-level opening up of China.
