Starting from December 23rd, the much-anticipated Phase One of Guangzhou Poly Longwan Taikoo Li will open gradually. As the first landmark commercial complex to open during the development of a world-class business district in Bai’e Tan, and also the first Taikoo Li project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), a world-class waterfront commercial landmark integrating nature, culture, art and commerce is unveiling its mystery.
The inaugural zone of Guangzhou Poly Longwan Taikoo Li features pop-up stores, light luxury fashion labels and F&B brands for its debut. A selection of coffee, tea beverage and apparel retail brands will kick off the first wave of openings on December 23rd, with athleisure icon Lululemon and SMFK – dubbed as China’s Chrome Hearts – set to open their outlets successively.
It is learned that Phase One of the project covers a gross floor area of approximately 50,000 square meters, with plans to introduce more than 100 premium merchants. The high-end luxury commercial precinct, a focal point of the industry’s attention, is situated in Phase Two of the project and is scheduled to debut in the fourth quarter of 2027, housing international luxury brands, diverse F&B concepts, trendy fashion retail, cultural and art venues, among other business formats.
Notably, the public areas of Poly Longwan are also opened to visitors on the same day, offering the public an immersive experience of ecological landscapes and leisure social spaces by the Pearl River, under the banyan trees and within the historic warehouses.
