To thoroughly implement the management requirements for government-invested projects and enhance the standardization of agent construction project management as well as risk prevention and control capabilities, the Pingshan District Construction Works Bureau recently organized a special training session focusing on agent construction management specified in the internal control work manual.
The training centered on the institutional basis, division of responsibilities and whole-process management guidelines for agent construction management. Closely integrated with actual business operations, the content systematically sorted out the key control points throughout the entire chain from project planning, design management, construction supervision to acceptance and handover, in view of the management differences between agent construction projects and self-managed projects. It clarified the specific responsibilities of each position and, at the same time, analyzed the potential problems that may be encountered in the management of agent construction projects. By adopting the method of “system explanation + case analysis”, the abstract internal control clauses were transformed into specific work guidelines, enabling various departments to further clarify what to manage and how to manage in agent construction management.
Through this training, the participants have gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the internal control system and management requirements for agent construction projects, laying a solid foundation for the Pingshan District Construction Works Bureau to further standardize agent construction project management, improve investment efficiency and construction quality. Meanwhile, the Bureau’s one-and-a-half-month “Internal Control System Promotion Month” activity came to a successful conclusion.
