Sanhe Sub-district Party-Mass Service Center has thoroughly explored the red history of the jurisdiction and built a red Party building hall with distinctive Sanhe characteristics. It uses a red timeline to string together red historical events in the jurisdiction from 1929 to 1992, centrally displays 13 red revolutionary sites and memorial facilities in the jurisdiction, and reproduces the 30-year development history and folk culture of Sanhe Sub-district. It has become a vivid classroom and important education base for Party members and the masses in the jurisdiction to understand Sanhe’s feelings, draw historical wisdom, and strengthen their original aspiration and mission. The Party building hall has held many rural Party member training courses and retired cadre observation meetings, where Party members and the masses review the struggle history and feel the happiness and sense of belonging brought by development.
Taking the opportunity of building a “future community”, the Party-Mass Service Center focuses on the actual needs of the industrial population and strives to build a full-cycle service system for “the elderly and children”. By introducing the “community partner” mechanism and adopting the “public welfare + micro-profit” model, it has upgraded the second-floor space into a multi-functional service complex. It regularly holds 2 elderly chorus courses every week, low-cost training courses and public welfare activities such as children’s dance, taekwondo, and children’s programming every week, and provides children’s custody services during summer vacations. It has served more than 1,000 person-times in total, achieving a double improvement in venue utilization rate and mass satisfaction.
