On December 28, Yitian Holiday Plaza in Shenzhen was bustling with crowds. The sub-venue activity of the 2025 National Traffic Safety Month “122” Traffic Safety Publicity Day and Regular Police Camp Open Day, hosted by Nanshan Traffic Police Brigade, was held here. With the theme of “Civilized Traffic, Courteous Travel Across the World”, this activity attracted more than 300 participants, including district people’s congress deputies, leaders of the traffic management system, sub-district representatives, as well as representatives from the media, enterprises, schools and citizens, jointly kicking off the 14th National Traffic Safety Month.
At the event site, themed lectures explained the core essence of “Rules Guard Life”, emphasized the importance of abandoning traffic bad habits such as running red lights and using mobile phones while driving, and called on all citizens to practice civilized travel starting from themselves. A variety of interactive experience zones were also set up at the site. The imposing motorcycle police photo zone and the police equipment exhibition zone displaying cutting-edge equipment such as drones, unmanned vehicles and robots were particularly eye-catching, allowing citizens to closely observe and understand the professionalism and efficiency of modern traffic management empowered by technology. The event also specially introduced the innovative “Motorcycle Police + Unmanned Vehicles + Drones” air-ground coordinated three-dimensional illegal parking management model constructed by Nanshan Traffic Police Brigade, demonstrating the development achievements of smart traffic management.
