On December 24, Wu Zetong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zhuhai Municipal Committee and Mayor of Zhuhai, conducted an inspection tour in Jinwan District focusing on the implementation of the “High-Quality Development Project for 100 Counties, 1,000 Towns and 10,000 Villages” and the construction of key projects. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions delivered during his inspection tour of Guangdong and his attendance at the opening ceremony of the 15th National Games. He also stressed earnestly fulfilling the deployment requirements set at the on-site meeting for advancing the “High-Quality Development Project for 100 Counties, 1,000 Towns and 10,000 Villages” and promoting coordinated urban-rural and regional development across the province, so as to steadily advance the project to achieve solid and in-depth progress and strive to create a new situation for coordinated urban-rural and regional development in the whole city.
At the Xiaolin Factory Building in Hongqi Town, Wu Zetong inspected the project construction on-site, held in-depth exchanges with relevant responsible persons, and gained a detailed understanding of the joint efforts between towns and villages to revitalize idle land and boost the growth of village collective economic income.
