To thoroughly study, publicize and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and guide the majority of workers to unify their thinking and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the plenary session, on the morning of December 10, the Yangqiao Town Federation of Trade Unions organized a model worker lecture on learning and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Comrade Deng Qiudi, a model worker of Boluo County, was invited to give a special lecture, and 50 staff representatives from grass-roots trade unions attended the study session.
At the lecture, Comrade Deng Qiudi systematically interpreted the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. With the core essence of the plenary session’s spirit as the main line, connecting the development history of Yangqiao, and effectively combining with the actual situation of the town’s “Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Project” and the labor movement cause, she vividly explained the consistency of the Party’s innovative theories and the development of the times. She guided workers to understand the value of their own positions from the overall situation, enhanced everyone’s understanding of the profound impact of the country’s development path and the “15th Five-Year Plan”, and brought a profound and cordial ideological enlightenment.
Combined with the current development stage and actual needs of the grass-roots trade unions of non-public-owned enterprises in the town, the lecture put forward three aspects of action suggestions: first, deepen learning and strengthen confidence. Encourage workers to take the initiative to learn policy orientations and industry knowledge, grasp the development prospects of enterprises, continuously improve professional capabilities, and realize the coordinated growth of individuals and organizations; second, base on practice and optimize methods. Emphasize the need to be diligent in reflection and identify shortcomings in specific work, actively explore technological improvements and management innovations, effectively integrate the reform spirit into daily work, and promote the simultaneous improvement of efficiency and quality; third, strengthen responsibility and pool joint efforts. Call on every worker to correct their work attitude, pay attention to team cooperation, take the initiative to benchmark advanced models, perform their duties with a positive and responsible attitude, and jointly contribute wisdom and strength to the sustained and healthy development of enterprises. After the lecture, the participating workers all said that the content of the lecture was close to reality, the language was vivid, and the emotions were sincere, which enabled everyone to have a deeper and more intuitive understanding of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The exemplary power of advanced models is learnable and actionable, and the spiritual guidance is accessible and pursuable, which has further stimulated everyone’s confidence and determination to build achievements based on their positions.
This lecture is one of the important measures for the county’s trade union system to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. It has effectively played the exemplary and leading role of model workers and advanced figures, and promoted the Party’s innovative theories to take root among grass-roots workers. Next, the Yangqiao Town Federation of Trade Unions will continue to unite and lead the majority of workers to unswervingly listen to the Party and follow the Party, and gather workers’ wisdom and contribute trade union strength to striving to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Yangqiao.
