To optimize the business environment in the jurisdiction, Yantian District Water Affairs Bureau adheres to the principle of “Service First, Law Enforcement as the Safeguard”, earnestly promotes the integration of water administration law enforcement disclosure into projects, and actively pushes forward the “front-end shift of the window” and “downward shift of the focus” for law enforcement and legal popularization.
Recently, law enforcement officers from Yantian District Water Affairs Bureau held a water administration law enforcement disclosure meeting for the Phase I Underground Pipe Network Construction Project of Yantian Port-City Integration Development Zone—a key project in Shenzhen. At the meeting, they explained to the person-in-charge of all participating parties the main inspection contents of water administration law enforcement, key approval points and precautions for construction projects, and publicized relevant laws and regulations including the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Drainage Regulations, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Soil and Water Conservation Regulations and the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China. They also elaborated on typical cases of water administration violations and the corresponding consequences.
This initiative enables all participating parties to fully understand water-related laws and regulations before the start of construction, effectively preventing the occurrence of water affairs violations.
