On December 3, Zhangmutou held a publicity and training session on studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
Cao Qiujing, deputy director and associate professor of the Economics Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of Dongguan Municipal Party Committee, delivered a rich, focused and in-depth publicity and training around the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to relevant cadres from government organs, enterprises and public institutions in Zhangmutou and units stationed in Zhangmutou, representatives of young cadres, publicity committee members of all communities, and representatives of members of the “Youli Chengzhang” Publicity Group. She systematically sorted out the historical background and great significance of the plenary session, and conducted an in-depth interpretation of the new ideas, new judgments, new arrangements and new requirements put forward at the session.
The meeting pointed out that this training integrates theory with practice, is highly guiding and enlightening, and plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive, accurate and in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the plenary session. In-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee is an important political task at present. Participants should further deeply understand the great significance and core essence of the session’s spirit, and effectively unify their thinking and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee.
