To effectively strengthen the awareness of the main responsibility for production safety among industrial and trade enterprises, and accurately improve their ability of risk identification and on-site control for high-risk links, the Emergency Management Bureau and the Enterprise Service Center of Zhuhai Hi-Tech Zone recently co-organized a special production safety training for key enterprises in the industrial and trade sector. Safety management personnel from more than 40 key enterprises in industries such as new energy, intelligent manufacturing and power equipment in the zone participated in the training.
This training focused on core risks and aimed to strengthen three major capabilities. First, the capability of precise risk identification: Centering on the theme of “production safety risk identification and control”, experts systematically explained how to accurately identify potential hazards in the operation site, especially in special operations such as hot work, confined space work and high-altitude work, combining with the characteristics of the industrial and trade industry. Second, the capability of standardized on-site control: Through the analysis of practical cases, the key points of risk classification and control as well as daily safety management were deeply dissected, guiding enterprises to establish and implement standardized approval, supervision and control procedures for on-site operations. Third, the practical capability of emergency response: The training emphasized the importance of emergency plan management and initial emergency response, aiming to improve enterprises’ ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
Enterprise representatives attending the training all said that the training content was highly targeted and practical, which played a significant role in improving their enterprises’ own safety management level.
